Top of The Bay....
What is better than a great seafood dinner on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon? Not much....The "Top of The Bay" restaurant in Warwick, RI is one of my favorites. Sometime during the course of this season, I am hoping to see if I can get a relief captain to help me out on the days I c
