Sea Bass & Scup Crush For The Jon Niven Group
Had my friend Jon Niven and his fantastic group onboard today for some real good Scup and Sea Bass fishing. Not only can these guys (and gals) jam on stage and put on a great concert...they also know how to put fish in box! All bait right on the bottom with a small (1/0) single hook 18" up off the sinker. This Weekends Trips Sat & Sun, Sept 27 / 28

Talk on the bulkhead indicates the fluke bite is over for the season, however, the Porgy and Sea Bass are still chewing...and COD are starting to infiltrate the local grounds SE of Block. Sept 17th - More Good Sea Bass...
Had the Deluca party aboard on Wed, Sept 17th for some nice Sea Bass and Scup (Porgy) fishing. Rods were bending all day but had to cull through many shorts to put a catch together. Fluke are noticably absent and you might get a straggler here and there but I personally think its over for 2014. The Sept 19th trip was cancelled to due lack of interest....to bad cause the weather was GORGEOUS!!! Plan on making another run for Sea Bass & Scup this Friday and Saturday.
